RETURNS Our products and manufacturers are carefully selected and we think you will love the quality of what we offer. However, in the event that your purchase is not exactly what you wanted, here is what you can do: Return policies can vary according to product. We accept returns within seven days of delivery to you. The goods must be unused, in fully resalable condition and in their original packaging; they will be collected at the customer's expense and sent back to the original point of dispatch. We are unable to accept non collected returns due to warehouse management. Your payment will be refunded within 30 days, less transport and insurance costs, subject to our receipt of the goods and inspection as to their suitability for re-sale. If you wish to return something you have bought, e-mail us at info@tuttibambini.co.uk to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Returns cannot be accepted without this number. CANCELLATIONS If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so at any time until it is delivered to our courier. E-mail us at info@tuttibambini.co.uk. Tutti Frutti Direct Ltd will make a full refund of your deposit or payment. Cancellations received after the order has been delivered to the courier will be refunded less transport and insurance costs. DAMAGED GOODS Careful quality control is exercised before our goods leave the manufacturer. Our carriers will exercise every care in ensuring the goods reach you in perfect condition. However, should an accident happen, here's how to deal with it: When you take delivery you should inspect what you've ordered and if there is any damage to your goods, note it on the delivery note or terminal at the time of delivery. DO NOT REFUSE THE GOODS. Then email one of our customer service associates for assistance at info@tuttibambini.co.uk - We will arrange FREE collection and re-delivery of a new item. For orders over ÂŁ250, we require that any damage be noted at the time of delivery; for orders of lower value, if it is not possible to verify the condition of the goods upon delivery then please note "Unable to inspect on delivery" on the delivery note or terminal. All cases of damage must be communicated to us within two days of delivery. We cannot accept damage claims which have not been so noted or of which we are notified after this period. Depending on the nature of the damage, a replacement product will be provided either direct from the manufacturer or from Tutti Frutti Direct Ltd - We will attempt to find the quickest solution for you. If we are unable to get you a replacement within 7 days, we will collect the item and refund you in full. TAX AND DUTIES For customers in the EU, VAT is included on all goods delivered. For your convenience, your order total and invoice will show the price break down inclusive of VAT. You are not paying VAT on top of the price you pay. SECURITY/PRIVACY Payment Details Payment security is of the utmost importance to us. All payment information is encrypted using industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology. A lock appears in the corner of your screen on the payment pages of our site to tell you that all sensitive data is being transmitted securely. Personal Details Our site does not require registration, so you do not need to provide us with details you do not wish to give. You do of course have to provide billing and delivery details at time of checkout. We believe that your right to privacy is very important, so we will only send you news about our site with your express permission. We will never sell your details to third parties.
