FAQ’s

How long will my delivery take?

Delivery lead times vary dependant on whether you are having your goods delivered flat packed or delivered and assembled by our specialist fitting team:

Flat pack Cots/Cot Bed’s: In stock items will be leave our warehouse within one working day (Monday –Friday) of us receiving your order. You will receive a text to advise that your delivery is on its way providing that you gave a mobile contact number when placing the order.

Flat pack chests, wardrobes or room sets: Due to the weight of these items, we will contact you as soon as possible once we receive your order to arrange a suitable delivery date. We recommend that you have someone that is able to lift heavy items present for the delivery as the courier will only deliver to your front door.

If you have ordered your item on a pre-order then the approximate lead time for delivery should have been given at the point of sale. Once the goods become available, they will be dispatched and you will receive a text message to advise your delivery is on its way. This is providing that you gave a mobile contact number when placing the order. 

Delivery and Assembly Room Set’s: If you have ordered a room set which is being delivered and assembled by our specialist fitting team, your order will be delivered and assembled within 28 working days. A member of our booking’s team will contact you directly to arrange this.

 

Can I track my order?

Unfortunately, the courier service we currently use does not have an online tracking system. Once you have received a text message to let you know your delivery is on its way, the delivery will arrive within 3 working days (usually on the third working day)

 

Where can I access a copy of assembly instructions?

The majority of our assembly instructions are available on the ‘downloads’ tab if you select the product that you have on our website. If this is not available, you can use the ‘contact us’ page to request them.

 

I’ve received a text regarding my delivery

If you have received a text message to advise that your delivery is on its way then this would have been sent directly from the courier once the goods were dispatched. The text usually advises that the delivery will be made within 3 working days (i.e. if dispatched on Monday the delivery would arrive on Thursday)

The courier only offers week day deliveries and the delivery will take place between 8am and 6pm. 

 

What happens if I don’t like my item when it arrives?

If you have opened your product but not yet assembled it and have decided that you do not wish to keep the product please contact the retailer where you purchased the product within 14 days of delivery who can discuss your options with you.

How does your delivery and assembly service work?

If you choose to use our delivery and assembly service, we will contact you within 3 working days of receiving your order to arrange a delivery and assembly date. One week before your agreed delivery and assembly date you will receive a text message with your timeslot. Within this agreed timeslot our specialist fitting team will arrive, deliver the furniture to the room of your choice and assemble all items. Once assembled, the fitting team will make sure you are happy with everything and leave you to enjoy your brand new nursery furniture!

*Please note that on room set’s that include a shelf, the fitting team will assemble the shelf for you but are unfortunately not insured to hang the shelf on your wall.

** Our specialist fitting team are currently unable to take away any leftover packaging away with them once the assembly has been completed for which we apologise. We are hoping to be able to change this soon in order to improve the service we provide our customers with.

 

Are your items covered by a guarantee?

Yes, all of our products come with a 6 month guarantee.

 

Can I collect my order?

Providing your order has not been dispatched, it may be possible for you to collect your order from our warehouse in Staples Corner, London NW2. If you are interested in collecting from our warehouse, please contact us on 0208 368 5800 to see if this is possible.

 

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Unfortunately we only deliver to mainland UK at present. It may be possible to deliver to areas such as Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight, however these are subject to additional delivery costs.

 

Who will deliver my order?

If your order is being delivered flat packed then your order will be delivered by courier. If you are having your order assembled by our specialist fitting team, then they will deliver and assemble on a date agreed with you in advance.

 

What is your complaints process?

If there’s something you’re not happy with, please contact us either by using the ‘contact us’ page on our website.

 

My order is damaged, what do I do?

In the rare event that your order has arrived damaged, please contact us either by using the ‘contact us’ page on our website or by calling us on 0208 368 5800 so that we can look at an appropriate resolution for you. We may ask for photos of the damage to pass onto our quality team for improvement purposes.

 

Can I buy spare parts for my product?

It may be possible for you to order spare parts for your product. Please contact us either using the ‘contact us’ page or by calling our Customer Service team on 0208 368 5800 and we can check if the part is available for you to order.

 

How do I cancel my order?

If you have decided that you want to cancel your order and you have purchased directly from Tutti Bambini please contact us requesting a cancellation either by using the ‘contact us’ page on our website or by calling us on 0208 368 5800.

If you have purchased one of our products through another retailer then please contact them directly regarding your request to cancel your order.

 

Can I amend my order?

If you have ordered a Tutti Bambini product and have decided that you would prefer an alternative Tutti Bambini product and you order has not been delivered please contact the retailer where you placed your order who will be able to tell you if this is possible.

What is the weight limit for your glider chair’s?

The recommended weight limit on all of our glider chairs is 100 kg’s

 

Can I amend/cancel my delivery and assembly date?

Once a delivery and assembly date has been agreed, it is very difficult to rearrange as all deliveries are carefully planned to ensure that we offer you the earliest possible date that we are in your area and rearranging may mean that we are not in your area again for quite some time. Should you find it completely necessary to rearrange your assembly date this must be done at least two weeks in advance of the date arriving.

 If you rearrange within two weeks of the originally agreed date then an amendment fee of £100 will be charged in order to move the date.

 

My order comes with delivery and assembly but I do not want this

Due to the complexity of assembling some of our products, we do recommend that you take advantage of the delivery and assembly service if possible. If you are not able to have the assembly for any reason, please contact us via the ‘contact us’ page or by calling us on 0208 368 5800 to discuss your options.
